The word custom gets thrown around the fitness industry quite a bit.  The reality is that the “customization” is based on your age, ability, injury history, training experience, and goals.  There is nothing wrong with that, but at Restorative Fitness we take it several steps farther.  By utilizing the tools of MAT, we can not just take you through a general range of motion examination, we figure out what motions you can do, what motions you can’t do, because the motions you can’t do could lead to a bigger injury down the road, and what’s crazy is sometimes exercise can catapult you to an injury without you even knowing it maybe causing more issues than helping.  So by using MAT it can help us gather as much information on you as possible, so we can truly deliver CUSTOM PROGRAMS!
